Six years in enterprise SaaS taught me how customers actually use software — onboarding, incidents, escalations, and the feedback loop back to product. I now build and ship AI tools and web applications, all live in production on infrastructure I manage.
What I bring
Customer retention and growth
I own the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding through escalation, and spot expansion opportunities along the way. At SAP, that meant 96% CSAT across banking, insurance, and public sector accounts plus solution sales when the fit was there. I become the person both IT teams and their leadership want to call.
AI products, idea to production
I take concepts from idea to deployed product, fast. selkokielelle.fi went from zero to live accessibility tool serving an estimated 750,000 Finnish speakers with language processing difficulties. gongfucha.app ships RAG built from primitives: Qdrant, local embeddings, no framework abstractions. Both run in production today.
Integration and automation infrastructure
I run n8n on self-hosted infrastructure. REST APIs, OAuth2, webhooks, conditional routing, error handling. I've also guided enterprise customers through their own SSO/OAuth integrations. I know both sides of the handoff: building it and supporting the people who depend on it.
Technical communication
I write documentation that prevents repeat tickets and route customer feedback to product teams in terms they act on. Native Finnish, fluent English.
Shipped projects
Converts Finnish into Plain Finnish for people with language processing difficulties. Web tool + Chrome extension. FastAPI, self-hosted VPS.
Tea brewing PWA with RAG-powered identification. Qdrant + local embeddings, Next.js, offline-capable. 84 teas, weather-aware.
Photography portfolio with auto-curating editorial layout engine. TypeScript, Sharp image pipeline, scroll virtualization.
Self-hosted workflow automation with API integrations, OAuth2, conditional routing, scheduled triggers. Documented on GitHub.
